Our Mission
The SNBA is an association of Baptist churches in Southeast Texas. Since 1852, Baptists in these piney woods have realized that even autonomous congregations are "better together". In 1964, the associations of New Bethel, Sabine Valley, and Emmanuel began working together as the Sabine Neches Baptist Area. This group began to streamline associational budget and ministry priorities of their partnering churches throughout the Area, and in 2021 they officially began to operate as one association together. The SNBA is funded wholly by contributing church partners.
