Life is busy and training is expensive. The SNBA wants to give affordable (and often "free") alternatives to training leaders for the local body church. We believe our GROW programs are the most tangible and practical priorities in our toolbox. To help churches in the SNBA (and beyond) GROW we offer:
LAUNCH STUDENT MINISTRIES - Connecting, training, and equipping teenagers and their church ministry leaders with camps, retreats, conferences, and other gatherings. Creating a culture that students are not just the church of the future, but the church of NOW.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Intentional Conferences & Forums, specifically designed to help ministry leaders
PASTOR COHORTS & LUNCHES - Gathering Area Pastors and Ministers to share burdens, provide encouragement, develop friendships, and build fruitful partnerships
SCHOLARSHIPS - Providing some financial resources for pastors or staff ministers to continue Biblical Education
SEMINARY EXTENSION - Enlisting the help of trained area seminarians, we provide a local option to developing theological understanding and discovering deeper truths
TRAINING IN HOUSE - Our team and partnering leaders can come & help churches in various areas of needed training
